Do you want to learn about the criteria your physician use to determine if you have IBS?

This I-Phone App is a simple screening tool for irritable bowel syndrome.    It asks a series of questions based on the Rome III criteria for IBS to determine if the symptom experience of the user is similar to the criteria. 

Additionally, the app will tell you if the symptom experience is more consistent with the IBS-Diarrhea Predominant, Constipation Predominant, Mixed Presentation or Undefined Presentation (IBS-D, IBS-C, IBS-M, IBS-U).

If the symptoms are similar to IBS, one thing that might help your physician determine your treatment course is to provide them with a log of symptoms.  For this reason, the app also talks about the IBS Symptom Tracker v.1.2 Application.
